Youth & Adult Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Assisting Children through Transition

A.C.T. is a program designed for separating or divorcing parents designed to educate them on how their breakup impacts their children. The primary focus of the program guides parents on ways they can reduce the stress of family changes and protect their children from the negative effects of parental conflict. P.I.N.E. is a curriculum for promoting positive strategies to strengthen the family bond. Topics include:
