Delphi Rise

Delphi Rise is a small but impactful community-based behavioral health agency dedicated to providing substance use treatment and support services to individuals of all ages. Established in 1936, Delphi Rise has been proudly serving Wayne and Monroe Counties through various programs including an Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Clinic, our school-based Prevention Education and Counseling services (in 17 school districts across both counties), multi-county Mental Health First Aid initiatives, NYS prison reentry services, Rapid Rehousing, Health Homes Care Management services and our on-site Pantry Program. Notably, we are also entrusted to run Monroe County’s only 24/7 Open Access Clinic, offering immediate access to Peer Advocate support and clinical substance use disorder evaluations and referrals.

Delphi Rise has been providing Prevention Counseling and Education services to Wayne County schools for the last 45 years! Our experienced clinicians and educators are currently serving students and families in 10 out of 11 districts in the county.

Delphi Rise currently coordinates two incredible Mental Health First Aid initiatives in Wayne County funded through SAMHSA and NYS Health Foundation. We are committed to reducing stigma and providing residents and professionals in Wayne County with the tools they need to recognize and intervene appropriately in a mental health issue or crisis.  Under our grant with the NYS Health Foundation, we are working to expand Youth Mental Health First Aid by recruiting trusted community members of color and members of other marginalized groups; those credible messengers will in turn train 150 additional community members to become mental health first aiders. Delphi Rise will also partner with school districts and community organizations to refine and implement the training curriculum; disseminate key findings; and share best practices.
