Partnership Handbook

The Partnership is pleased to present the WCPSF Handbook, updated for 2023. The handbook is produced annually to provide an overview and updates to new and current members of the partnership!

To view the 2023 Handbook, click on the Download the Handbook button, below.

To print the 2023 Handbook, click on the Print the Handbook button, below. Open the file and:

  1. Print the document 2-sided, flipped on the short edge.

  2. Take the pages from your printer and fold them in the middle to make a booklet.

The Wayne County Partnership is a consortium that facilitates communication and collaboration between agencies to aid individuals and families in achieving their best possible lives.
